It's....almost erotic when our awareness becomes center of everything So, what can we experience in this amazingly beautiful, transformative merging, meeting, becoming-one-with space? Duality, and the social dynamic of me or them, transforms into the oneness of 'us', or just 'this' (this moment, this vibration, this sensation). It's similar to the dynamic of 'falling in love' where we initially allow ourselves to focus, embrace and birth the vibration of love simultaneously, and without fear. We open up and experience love as an energy. We use the 'other' as the object of our love, but actually what is happening is that we are vibrating love with full harmony and resonance, while 'taking in' , or 'being with'...anything, it can be another person, a sunset, an event. Life is change, energy flows, and attention creates. By the movement of our attention and the choice of our focus, we freshly create our experience in each moment. I've found that when we actively attend and explore through our senses, we bring greater awareness to all aspects of our being and consequently into all areas of our lives.
